Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that family plans can change. Because Dogwood Mountain School intentionally keeps cohorts small, each enrollment reserves one of a limited number of spaces.
$125 Priority Hold
Fully refundable until your family completes enrollment. Once enrollment is confirmed, the $125 is applied toward tuition.
Tuition refunds
Refunds of tuition paid follow the schedule below, measured from the first program day of your enrolled weekday.
30+ days before the first program day
100% of tuition paid is refundable
14–29 days before the first program day
50% of tuition paid is refundable
Fewer than 14 days before the first program day
Tuition is non-refundable
After the program begins
Tuition is non-refundable
Missed days
We cannot provide refunds or prorated tuition for individual absences, including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.
If Dogwood cancels the program
If Dogwood cancels the entire program, families receive a full refund of tuition paid.
Weather or individual-day cancellations
When conditions are unsafe, Dogwood may modify the day's location or activities. If Dogwood must cancel a full program day, we will first attempt to provide a make-up day.
